We do not guarantee that an airline will accept a request, locate a booking, issue a refund, change a flight or pay compensation. You remain responsible for checking booking details, deadlines, documents and official instructions.

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your applicable statutory consumer rights. Where we supply a consumer service, applicable law may require it to be performed with reasonable care and skill.

10. Responsibility for Unlawful Misuse

You are responsible for losses reasonably and directly caused by your deliberate unlawful misuse of the website, infringement of another person's rights, malicious interference with security, or material breach of these Terms.
